From the article: “Official say that Keyes committed suicide by using a blade from a disposable shaving razor to cut his left wrist and strangled himself using bedding material in his cell. Whether one or both of these injuries was the primary cause of death has not been determined.”
Is it just me, or is this suspicious? He couldn’t decide which method, so decided to do both?
Officials report that he was found under a blanket – is this also suspicious or due to the special supervision he was under in segregation (not suicide watch)? Couldn’t have been that intense of supervision – despite staff requirements to conduct rounds every 30 to 45 minutes, officials gave the range of death as between 9:30 pm and 5:57 am. That’s a pretty wide range.
