Female inmates sue state over disparities

“Four female inmates are filing a lawsuit today against the state Department of Corrections for failing to build a permanent prison for female prisoners that has services equal to the men’s prisons.

The lawsuit is being filed by New Hampshire Legal Assistance and two lawyers from the Devine Millimet  law firm in Manchester. Ovide Lamontagne, a Republican candidate for governor, is a partner in the firm.”
